Our inspiration for this recipe was to create a soft shot that was unique, elevated, and premium, with a focus on a well-balanced flavor profile that was not too fruity or too sweet. We wanted to create a shot that would appeal to those who are looking for a high-end, non-alcoholic beverage experience that would be suitable for special occasions or celebrations.
- 1 oz. matcha green tea
- 1 oz. mint syrup (recipe below)
- 1 oz. coconut milk
- 1 oz. honey syrup (recipe below)
- Crushed pistachios

Fill two shot glasses with equal portions of matcha green tea and mint syrup, creating two separate layers.
